Turning SQL Server Data into Predictive Dashboards. Master ML.NET, OpenAI, and DeepSeek to build offline analytics pipelines and interactive JS dashboards without touching Python.

Tuition Fee ₹ 35,000 INR ₹ 6,999 INR

Target Learning Outcomes

  • Advanced Data Architecture & Engineering:
    • Implement Medallion Pipelines: Master the architectural design of shifting raw data through Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers locally using C# and SQL Server.
    • Optimize Database Assets: Learn to transform flat, static historical databases into structured, high-value data stores optimized for analytical processing.
  • Pure .NET Machine Learning & Automation
    • Automate ML Training: Build hands-on expertise with ML.NET to programmatically choose SQL data columns and train Auto-ML models without writing Python.
    • Generate Multi-Model Predictions: Deploy automated code that constructs custom forecasting models on the fly based on specific enterprise features and timelines.
  • Enterprise Hybrid AI Implementation
    • Orchestrate Local & Cloud LLMs: Connect C# applications to OpenAI and DeepSeek to run hybrid workflows combining structured machine learning with generative AI.
    • Process Advanced Predictive Analytics: Build background worker services in C# to calculate offline matrices like ValencyTrajectory, upper/lower bounds, and historical timelines.
    • Automate Executive Diagnostics: Programmatically generate high-level business intelligence, including structured SWOT matrices, Policy Action Briefs, and Point Audit Targets.
  • Integrate Analytics Frontend & UX
    • Integrate Pure Web Dashboards: Integrate the modern analytics dashboards using standard HTML, CSS, and asynchronous JavaScript/jQuery.
    • Integrate Interactive Chart Plugins: Integrate open-source libraries like ApexCharts and ECharts to display real-time threats, gains, accelerators, and yearly stressors.
    • Build Natural Language UI Filters: Implement an AI-powered conversational interface where users can type simple English to search, filter, and dissect complex dashboard analytics.
  • Dynamic Server-Side Reporting
    • Deploy Syncfusion Visualization: Generate fixed, high-fidelity analytical charts on the server side using the Syncfusion library.
    • Automate Multi-Format Document Generation: Create a dynamic document factory that compiles real-time charts and summaries into downloadable PDF, Excel, and PowerPoint reports on demand.

Enhanced Course Requirements & Prerequisites

To ensure a smooth hands-on experience, students must fully configure their local development environments before the first session. This course relies entirely on a local infrastructure stack combined with cloud-based AI endpoints.

  • Core Tools Utilised in the Course:
    • Integrated Development Environment (IDE): Visual Studio 2026 (Community Edition or higher) with workload packages configured for .NET Desktop Development and ASP.NET and web development.
    • Database Engine: SQL Server 2022 (Developer or Express edition) to host and manage the local Medallion data pipeline.
    • Database Client: SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) v19 or later for executing queries, database indexing, and tracking data migration.
    • Local Cloud Emulators: Microsoft Azure Storage Explorer paired with Azurite to emulate blob storage locally for asynchronous diagnostics logs.
    • AI APIs & Endpoints: Azure OpenAI Service and DeepSeek API subscriptions for semantic orchestration, prompt execution, and natural language analytics.

Student System Readiness Checklist

Students must complete the following setup steps on their development machines prior to the start of class:

  • IDE Configuration:
    • Install Visual Studio 2026 Community Edition.
    • Ensure the .NET 10 SDK (or the latest stable .NET version supported by VS 2026) is active.
    • Verify that the ML.NET Model Builder extension is enabled via the Visual Studio Installer.
    • Register for a Syncfusion Account to obtain a trial or community license key (free for individual developers making under $1M USD/year).
  • Local Database Environment:
    • Install SQL Server 2022. Set the authentication mode to Mixed Mode (SQL Server and Windows Authentication) so C# background services can connect securely.
    • Ensure the SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and verify local connectivity by connecting to the localhost instance.
  • Storage & Emulation Setup:
    • Install Microsoft Azure Storage Explorer on your local system.
    • Configure and run Azurite (the local open-source Azure Storage emulator) to verify that local Blob and Queue storage endpoints are reachable without cloud costs.
  • API Provisioning & Cloud Subscriptions:
    • Azure OpenAI Access: Set up an active Microsoft Azure account. Provision an Azure OpenAI Service resource and generate an API Access Key and Endpoint URL (Note: This operates on a pay-as-you-go billing model).
    • DeepSeek API Access: Register a developer account on the DeepSeek platform and generate an active API Key for integration alongside the Azure models.

What This Course Is Not About

To ensure alignment and success, students must understand the boundaries of this curriculum. This is an advanced, specialized implementation course. It is not an introductory or theoretical boot camp.

  • Not a C# Syntax or Fundamentals Class:
    • Reality: This course does not teach C# programming basics, loops, object-oriented concepts, or asynchronous syntax.
    • Prerequisite: Students must have at least 2+ years of production experience in C# and SQL Server to keep up with the pacing.
  • Not an Introductory Frontend UI/UX Course:
    • Reality: This is not a tutorial on HTML5 semantic tags, CSS styling mechanics, or basic JavaScript syntax.
    • Prerequisite: We expect a solid working knowledge of basic DOM manipulation, asynchronous AJAX calls, and JavaScript/jQuery event handling.
  • Not a Deep Dive into Software Design Patterns:
    • Reality: The curriculum does not focus on theoretical enterprise architecture, SOLID principles, or general cloud design patterns.
    • Focus: The structural focus is strictly limited to implementing the concrete Medallion data architecture and background worker orchestration.
  • Not an Environment Basics or Dependency Guide:
    • Reality: We will not spend class time explaining how to install NuGet packages, initialize basic web projects, or style UI elements.
    • Focus: All external libraries, including jQuery plugins, charting engines, and reporting SDKs, are used directly as ready-to-go tools for building the analytics dashboard.
