Welcome to theBlueSoft Academy (accessible via thebluesoft.co.in). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your registration and participation in the online live classes conducted by theBlueSoft ("Instructor", "I", "We", "Our").
📢 Important: By completing your registration and paying the course fee, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Registration
To register for a batch, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, working email address, and active mobile number.
Admission to a specific batch is strictly personal and non-transferable to another individual or student.
2. Fees and Payment Terms
All course fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are final.
Fees are explicitly marked as "Inclusive of all taxes". As an individual educator operating below the statutory registration threshold set by the Government of India, no Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be charged to you.
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways. I do not store or see your credit/debit card numbers or net banking credentials.
3. Intellectual Property Rights (IP)
All educational materials, including live stream feeds, presentations, notes, code snippets, and digital assets shared during or after the sessions, are the exclusive intellectual property of the Instructor.
⚠️ Strict Prohibition: Recording live sessions via screen capture tools, software, or external cameras is strictly prohibited. Distributing, selling, or publicly sharing any course content will result in immediate termination of your course access without a refund, and may legal liability.
4. Class Scheduling and Cancellations
While I make every effort to maintain the published batch schedule, I reserve the right to reschedule a session due to illness, local internet outages, or power failures. Rescheduled sessions will be communicated in advance via your registered email or mobile number.
If a batch is entirely cancelled by me, your fees will be refunded in full as per our Refund Policy.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these classes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, Delhi, India.
